1.Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2.Registration Policy

• Priority for registrations will be given to our target age group of 16–29 years old.
• Registration is confirmed only after making the payment.

3.Cancellation & Refund Policy (In case of charged events)

• Cancellations made 3 days before the event will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• In case of event cancellation by the organizer (e.g., due to weather), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.Weather Conditions

• The event may be rescheduled or canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. Participants will be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Health & Safety

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew and event staff.
• The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the event.
• Participants should notify organizers of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

6.Eligibility

• This event is open to females only

7.Punctuality

• Participants are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

8.Photography & Media

• Dhuhaa Experiences aims to be a faceless organization.
• No participant may take photos or videos of others without consent.
• Organizers may take photos/videos, but all media will be edited to remove identities before posting.
• By attending, you agree to this. If you do not, please inform the organizer before the event.

9.Behavior

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the Islamic principles of modesty and decorum during the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the event or behaves inappropriately, with no refund provided.

10.Liability

• Dhuhaa Experiences and its partners are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss that may occur during the event.
